Lanmar's PTFE Fabrics are a versatile range of products designed for a variety of non-stick, heat sealing, and filtering applications. Here is an overview of the available product grades:

- PREMIUM: This grade features a super smooth finish with a heavy coating of PTFE, making it ideal for applications that require an ultra-smooth surface without any fabric weave pattern impression. The Premium grade is excellent for non-stick and heat sealing applications.
- STANDARD: This is the most widely used grade of PTFE fabric, providing a smooth surface and excellent release properties. It is suitable for heat sealing, hot plate covers, release sheets, gaskets, and liners for chutes and platens.
- MECHANICAL: This grade of PTFE fabric has a slightly lighter PTFE coating that yields a pronounced surface weave texture. It is perfect for applications that don't require extreme heat or resistance to chemicals.
- POROUS: An even lighter PTFE coating on this grade of fabric permits controlled porosity for liquids and gases. Open mesh PTFE fabric permits full airflow through the material for filtering and drying applications.
- CONDUCTIVE: This grade of fabric features carbon inclusions in the PTFE coating, providing anti-static properties, high heat tolerance, and release capabilities.
- TEAR & CREASE RESISTANT: Coating additives increase the tear strength and material flexibility as well as the resistance to fold-over creasing.

Lanmar PTFE Fabrics are available in wide widths in some fabric grades. For more information about the available options, consult with Lanmar customer service.
