Lanmar #5850-3 is a 3 mil enhanced high modulus ptfe film tape with a silicone adhesive. The enhanced high modulus PTFE film offers improved conformability and handleability compared to standard high modulus film, making it easier to apply around complex geometries without tearing.

The silicone adhesive provides strong, stable tack across the full operating range, bonding securely to metal, glass, PTFE, and most industrial substrates. Rated from -100 to +500°F. Dielectric strength: 11000V.

Specifications: 3 mil PTFE film / 5 mil total thickness. Break strength: 40 lb/in. Elongation: 150%. Adhesion: 30 oz/in.

Common applications include irregular surface masking, complex contour wrapping, tight-radius insulation, and precise component covering. Supplied in roll form. Available custom slit to width.
