Lanmar #572-0 is a 10 mil skived ptfe film tape with a acrylic adhesive. Skived PTFE film is machined from solid PTFE billets, producing a tape with high elongation, exceptional chemical resistance, and a smooth, uniform surface free of woven texture.

The acrylic adhesive provides aggressive bonding to metal and rigid substrates, and is the preferred choice where silicone adhesive would be incompatible with downstream processes. Rated from -40 to +350°F. Dielectric strength: 15000V. Insulation Class 155.

Specifications: 10 mil PTFE film / 12 mil total thickness. Break strength: 55 lb/in. Elongation: 350%. Adhesion: 55 oz/in.

Common applications include wire and coil wrapping, anti-seize thread tape, bearing and bushing liners, and PTFE-lined surface protection. Supplied in roll form. Available custom slit to width.
