Lanmar #775-8R is a 8 mil plasma spray masking tape with a silicone adhesive with white release liner. The silicone-coated fiberglass backing resists blast media and high-temperature spray processes while the release liner allows precise masking application.

The silicone adhesive bonds reliably to metal, ceramic, and industrial substrates across the full operating range. Rated from -100 to +500°F. Dielectric strength: 5000V. Insulation Class 180.

Specifications: 8 mil backing / 11 mil total thickness. Break strength: 150 lb/in. Adhesion: 45 oz/in.
