N/A

A mechanically fastened metal splice offering high tensile strength and flexible belt operation. Splice components lock into reinforced belt ends, which mesh together and are secured with a pin. A good choice when durability and easy field replacement are priorities.

N/A

A strip of PTFE coated fiberglass fabric — available in .005" or .010" thickness — applied to one or both belt edges. Can be placed on the top side, or top and bottom, and affixed by heat seal, stitching, or both.

Edge treatment protects against wear, abrasion, and unraveling at the belt edge. It also provides a reinforced surface that supports belt driving and tracking options. Edging is natural brown in color.

N/A

A standard heat sealed splice in which belt ends overlap between 1/2" and 2", creating a double fabric thickness at the splice joint. Well-suited for most applications where belt thickness at the splice is not a critical factor.

Splice angle is adjustable from 22° to 90°. Stitching is available for added strength.

N/A N/A

A flush splice in which belt ends are butted together over a fabric reinforcement layer and joined by heat seal. Maintains an uninterrupted belt work surface — the right choice for applications where product contact across the splice joint is a requirement.

Splice angle is adjustable from 22° to 90°. Stitching is available for added strength.

N/A

Steel dot guides, also called pins, are riveted to one or both reinforced belt edges on standard 1-1/2" centers. Designed strictly for tracking, the pins run through a machined groove in the conveyor roller to keep the belt aligned during operation.

N/A

A fabric flap over splice uses a layer of fabric placed over the splice joint to protect the product being conveyed, reduce heat transfer at the joint, and maintain a continuous belt surface through the splice area. It is a practical option for PTFE coated fiberglass and mesh belt applications where product protection or surface continuity at the splice is a requirement.

N/A

Brass grommets, also called eyelets, are mechanically inserted into one or both reinforced belt edges on standard 1-1/2" centers. A matching sprocket on the conveyor roller is required when using this system. Grommets provide positive belt driving and tracking, making this a reliable option when precise belt control is a priority.
