Lanmar #622-20R is a 20 mil UHMW polyethylene film tape with an acrylic adhesive with blue poly or treated paper release liner. UHMW (Ultra-High Molecular Weight) polyethylene film has an extremely low coefficient of friction — one of the lowest of any plastic — combined with outstanding abrasion resistance and impact strength. It is the standard material for wear strips, guide rails, and any surface where product slides or drags.

The acrylic adhesive provides strong, aggressive bonding to metal, wood, and rigid substrates. Rated from -40 to +225°F.

Specifications: 20 mil PTFE film / 22 mil total thickness. Break strength: 120 lb/in. Elongation: 300%. Adhesion: 40 oz/in.

Typical applications include conveyor wear strips, guide rail liners, chute liners, packaging machine guides, drawer slides, and any surface subject to repeated sliding contact. Supplied in roll form with release liner. Available custom slit to width.
