Lanmar #575-0 is a 10 mil skived ptfe film tape with a silicone adhesive. Skived PTFE film is machined from solid PTFE billets, producing a tape with high elongation, exceptional chemical resistance, and a smooth, uniform surface free of woven texture.
The silicone adhesive provides strong, stable tack across the full operating range, bonding securely to metal, glass, PTFE, and most industrial substrates. Rated from -100 to +500°F. Dielectric strength: 15000V. Insulation Class 180.
Specifications: 10 mil PTFE film / 12 mil total thickness. Break strength: 55 lb/in. Elongation: 350%. Adhesion: 45 oz/in.
Common applications include wire and coil wrapping, anti-seize thread tape, bearing and bushing liners, and PTFE-lined surface protection. Supplied in roll form. Available custom slit to width.
