Lanmar #642-0 is a 9 mil heavy-duty PTFE coated fiberglass tape with an acrylic adhesive. The reinforced fiberglass backing and heavy PTFE coating provide greater mechanical strength and extended wear life for demanding industrial applications in moderate-temperature environments.

The acrylic adhesive provides strong, aggressive bonding to metal and rigid substrates. Rated from -40 to +350°F. Dielectric strength: 8500V.

Specifications: 9 mil PTFE backing / 11 mil total thickness. Break strength: 310/200 lb/in. Elongation: <5. Adhesion: 80 oz/in.

Common applications include continuous heat sealer bars, heavy packaging lines, roll covering on industrial machinery, and high-cycle non-stick conveyor surfaces. Supplied in roll form. Available custom slit to width.
