Lanmar #645-3 is a 3 mil heavy-duty PTFE coated fiberglass tape with a silicone adhesive. The reinforced fiberglass weave and heavier PTFE coating deliver increased break strength and longer service life compared to standard PTFE fiberglass tapes — making this the right choice for high-cycle heat sealing, heavy conveyor applications, and demanding release surfaces where standard tapes wear prematurely.
The silicone adhesive maintains strong, stable tack across the full operating range. Rated from -100 to +500°F. Dielectric strength: 5000V.
