Lanmar #712-7 is a 5 mil fiberglass cloth tape with a acrylic adhesive. The woven fiberglass cloth backing provides superior dimensional stability and cut-through resistance compared to film-backed tapes.

The acrylic adhesive provides aggressive bonding to rigid substrates and is preferred where silicone adhesive contamination must be avoided. Rated from -40 to +350°F. Dielectric strength: 3000V. Insulation Class F.

Specifications: 5 mil backing / 7 mil total thickness. Adhesion: 35 oz/in.

Typical applications include motor and transformer coil winding, high-temperature masking, wire harnessing, and electrical insulation wrapping. Supplied in roll form. Available custom slit to width.
